This privacy notice describes how and why IPSL collects and processes personal data concerning you if you visit or register to SIRTA web pages, register to events organized by SIRTA or if you register to a form distributed by IPSL personnel that mention this particular SIRTA privacy policy.

DATA CONTROLLER

The Institut Pierre-Simon Laplace (IPSL) is the data controller and informs you that your data is being processed. When certain information is mandatory to access specific features of the site, this mandatory nature is indicated at the time of data collection. If you refuse to provide mandatory information, you may not be able to access certain services.

  • Events participation form
  • Subscription to mailing lists
  • Contact form

DATA RECIPIENTS

These data can be accessible by the webmasters and administrators of the site www.sirta.ipsl.fr and can also be accessible to project managers of SIRTA’s projects and the parties of the specific projects consortiums.

DURATION OF CONSERVATION

Data is kept for a period of:

  • After three years of inactivity, personal data are deleted as part of the right to be forgotten

DATA TRANSFER OUT OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

No transfer of data outside the European Union is made.

INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS

In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular the amended Act No. 78-17 of January 6 relating to data processing, files and freedoms and the European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016 (applicable since May 25, 2018), you have the following rights:
